Warranty questions, answered.
Does the warranty start from the date of repair?
Yes. The 12-month warranty period begins on the date the original repair was completed.
What if a different part fails after my repair?
If a new, unrelated fault occurs, that’s a new repair. We’ll always offer fair pricing for returning customers.
Do I need to register my warranty?
No. Your repair is automatically covered. We keep records of every job, so just quote your details when you call.
Is the warranty transferable?
The warranty applies to the appliance at the address it was repaired. If you move, contact us — we’ll do our best to honour it.
What about commercial appliances?
Our standard 12-month warranty covers commercial appliances too. Some specialist B2B contracts have extended terms — ask us.
How quickly can you come back if needed?
Warranty callouts are prioritised. We typically attend within 24–48 hours, often same-day.
